Hi Princess! I am so happy to meet and see one of Mel's children. He is such an amazing, strong man. I think you will only understand how strong when you grow up. He has been like a prophet and a pastor in so many people's lives all over the world. God blessed me when he let me find Mel as a friend. Keep smiling sweetie. I will be praying for you, your mom, your Dad and brothers and sisters.
I love your graduation pictures!! What a great way to keep in touch with your family when you are not there. How far away from home are you?
Love, Sheila

I forgot to tell you something. My dad's name is "Mel" too! And I met Your "Mel" just 2 or 3 days after MY Mel died, and he was like a gift to me from Heavenly Father or from my Dad, because he looks like an asian version of my Dad, he loves God like my Dad, he thinks so much like my Dad, so when I write to your Dad or read his blog, I miss my Dad a little bit less. Your Dad is about 30 or 40 years younger than my Dad though. I think I might even be older than your Dad. I forget. Anyway, you seem like an amazing young lady, so strong to be away from home so young. I was away in the hospital for almost 2 years and had no friends or anything there, so maybe it would be different than going to school where you have something to do all the time and yuo have friends. I didn't like being away from them when I was just 12 years old...but I did learn early that Jesus was there for me...ALWAYS!
Keep smiling sweetie!
